Issue while using Context Menu in UI path

Dear ALL,

I am complete rookie to UI path studio and completed my essentials training.
I am building a project in which I have to use context menu functionality as shown below.

but as soon as I Hover, click , record on the Open with button My ERP Application crashes and closes the entire application.

Can somebody help me with how do I Achieve this requirement or any other alternative.

We need more details for this. Could you check Windows Event Viewer to check why your ERP App cashes? Please also tell us which version of Studio do you have and if Studio shows you any error as well?
