Issue running the Process

Hi Everyone , am having issue running one of the Process. The Process was not started(there are no records in the orchestrator) and also all the triggers for this folder are disabled. From the support team perspective there is no issue as there was not at least one job started. Please assist me further on that matter whats needed to run the Process . Thanks in advance

As you.mentioned there are no records in the orchestrator. I hope it.means there is no available data in queue.

If ghat is the case plz add some data to queue and trigger the job.

Also how many jobs are there in that folder?? All these jobs refering to the same queue??
