  1. Should the admin enable access to the shared feed in Orchestrator settings?
  2. Do they need to grant me a specific role or permission, such as “Library Creator” or “Package Publisher”?
  3. Is there a specific setting in the tenant or folder configuration that they need to check (e.g., “Host Tenant Feeds”)?

I just want to ensure I guide them correctly. If there are additional details about how to configure the shared feed, that would be helpful as well.
