- Navigate to Tenant > Users (or Folder > Users for specific folders).
- Select the user from the list to whom you want to grant the permission.
- Under the Roles section, assign the “Library Publisher” role to the user.
- This role gives them permission to publish, update, or delete libraries in Orchestrator.
- Save the changes.
