After filing the renew community license form and restarting UiPath, I still get the following error.
Activation failed with error: 0
Error description: No Error
License status: Server License Expired
Device ID: vX701Bb6xt2AVesMsnyn
Computer: BONNIE-PC
User Name: Bonnie
I also followed the instruction from UiPath help desk (delete the license folder within UiPath folder). I still have the same issue.
I also tried to uninstall and install the latest UiPath studio. It doesn’t work either.
Could anyone help me to solve this problem, please?

Hi there @BonnieTang23 ,
If you contact UiPath licensing team, they may be able to offer you an extension of the Studio license.
In addition, they may be able to provide information on how to revert to the Community License.

I have been using the trail version of my CommunityEdition and it is expired.
I want to renew it.
But deviceid is not appearing. It is coming as blank.
License key is also coming blank.
Is there anyway to renew license? Please help.

Hi, I am using Community Edition which has expired and tried to renew it.

Please check this out for Trial:
The Trial license will expire in 60 days. After this period, if you want to continue using UiPath Platform(and if you are fit for a renew), you will have to make a request here - select Service request - Licensing.
Where is not appearing? In Studio - Help? Same question for license key, where is it coming blank?

@ENC It seems like when you submitted the form, you didn’t give the correct Device ID. You can find your device ID in Studio - Help, under the UiPath logo.
