Issue in submitting Generate yearly report assignment in academy

Hi , i m facing issue in submitting my assignment . Everything is correct all the records are processed and successfull.
Followed everything as said in documnet

The only change i made is the yearly report name “Yearly-Report-2017-(taxid).xlsx” . Here instead of 2017 mine will come as 2020 .
should i need to give that as 2021 ? or make it as 2017 .

I dont know why its asking to resubmit again and again pls help
