Issue in project deployment in new system

Hi Guys,

I need assistance to deploy SAP based automation.
I have developed a BOT to automate one of our team’s SAP based process using UiPath.
BOT is works perfectly in my personal system, however when I deployed the package to our team’s dedicated system I get error message as ‘SAP UI element not found’.
Both the system have same version of SAP, configuration and scripting enabled. I cannot modify workflow in my team’s system due to license restriction(I can only run the program). For any changes i have to edit the code in my personal system(which have developer license) then copy to team’s system.
Kindly help me to fix this issue.

Both the system have SAP 7.5 version.
BOT is developed in UIpath Studio version 2020.04.
Team’s dedicated system have UiPath Studio version 2019.10.

HI @Raja_G

From the description above it is not clear exactly, what it not working.

  • Give us some screenshots from your personal bot and teams system, maybe we will se some differences?

  • It the problem happing just on specific SAP controls or always and everywhere?

  • with 20.4 we have implemented a plenty of new stuff for SAP, I can imagine that the bots developed in 20.4 will not be fully compatible with 19.10 version…

All above are just doubts, the issue is not clear. Give us more, workflows, screenshots of systems, selectors…
