Issue in opening Action Center, not able to access

I am not able to access the action center, when I tried with creating new tenant then in that action center is accessible to me, why it is happening.

Check the following:

  • Action Center service is enabled in your original tenant.
  • Your user role has the necessary permissions for Action Center.

There is a problem connecting to the VM. Please check if your VM is running or needs to be restarted.

Can you please check on orchestrator what role you have assigned.

Then go to manage access-> roles, find that role and check in permissions allowed under that role for you.
That should have 3 rows for action center related permissions as shown below. Please assign yourself permission to view/edit/create from there. You will need to specifically assign action assignment view to you to be able to see this landing page.
