Issue in Machine Connection

Connected to Orchestrator. Unable to retrieve a license (please contact your IT department)

I have tried the following steps , Not able to connect with my machine
Could you please guide me what mistake i am doing

If you are using a community edition plz do as below. You need to allocate the license in the license tab.

In Manage Access → Robot Setup have you given your machine login credentials?

If any machine , doesn’t have credential
