Issue in Completing the Academy Business Analyst Training

I have taken RPA Business Analyst Training, and completed all modules and quiz. When I click “submit” , RPA Academy does not show that I have completed the course, and indicates that I resume at the same spot I left. I have gone through the course again multiple times, with the same result. How can I obtain credit for completing this course(s). Same with RPA Started Course.

Hi, I tried in Internet Explorer and courses would not launch at all In Google Chrome, the course launches but will not mark off modules as completed or issue certificate when finished…just reverts back to same place I started when I resumed the course.

Did you completed the feedback of course at the end of the course.
If you do not complete the feedback form, then the course won’t complete.

Please check.

I have the same issue, when I completed the course but it’s still showing the “resume”. any know the issue please let me know. Thanks.
