Hi everyone, I need your help, I have a robot that have been working very well, but since a couple of days a mail activity doesn’t work. I am using a txt file to read the html code and the HTML check is checked, but the mail is that I receive is like the same html code. The package is updated.
Quick fix is to roll back to the previous dependency package that works.
Try reproducing the same issue in studio. There could be chance that html template got changed that’s why not rendering correctly as html.

Thank you I tried this, but it doesn’t work 
If it has working before and the only change is you updated the package, then rolling back to previous package that works did not fix it, it might be good to check as well the html template as suggested by @ashokkarale
