Activation failed with error:=-4304
Error connecting to activation server.
I am working at my company for Uipath, however, due to the firewall issue, i cannot renew the uipath license. Please suggest for how to handle this issue from happening.
Is this related to the version issue? As some of my computer had been auto upgraded to 2019.6.0 and need not to renew.
Or which website(s) should i ask the IT team to whitelist for renewing the license?
I had two machines on hand,
one is only 2016.2.6 version and did not auto update.
one had been auto updated to 2019.6.
I am asking how to renew the one with 2016.2.6 version.

If it’s firewall issue, and if you are using laptop or you can connect to the internet via WiFi, please try use hot spot from your mobile or someone’s mobile 4G internet, so you will be outside the company network, then you should be able to renew and activate the free license.
Give it a try and see how it goes.
Once you successfully renew the license then you can connect back to company network for continue working.
