Issue creating zendesk ticket

Issue posting zendesk ticket, after completing all fields we get a thank you message but don’t receive an email or see the ticket in our account.

We are experiencing this issue on multiple machines

Was it your email address you used for creating the ticket? So that I can look up the ticket. I’ve sent you a pm, please respond there (for privacy reasons).
