Issue activating "Cannot acquire a license."

I’m using my orchastrator link https://cloud.uipath.com/cgidvgpxxa/CGIDefault and my machine ID. I’ve tried deleting everything and starting fresh and still get the same issue on version 21.4.0. I made sure to also verify my machine name matches my computer name

I’ve followed those steps and still have the same error. Uninstalled, deleted folders, reinstalled, provisioned new machine on orchestrator.
EDIT - I followed the instructions on this post and it’s been resolved.
