Issue accessing the Orchestrator

I’m doing the Solution Architect Training. When following the instructions to access the Orchestrator, I cannot login. When I try to setup a new account, I get the following error: " Basic Authentication is disabled for this user. Login with single sign-on instead.".

Can anyone advise why access is disabled? Thanks!

This is a feature. Anybody who has signed up using Social SSO first time cannot use Basic Authentication. If you start with basic Auth signup you can use it along with social SSO.
This was a security issue and was fixed to block Basic Auth if the signup originally for the first time had happened with Social SSO.
