Issue about Runtime can be assigned to this machine after their License is activated

Dear all,

I would like to set up unattended robot through automation cloud, but I cannot create machine template in different functions, like in “Create unattended robot” in Tenant, or inside “Manage Machines in Folder”. I encounter the warning " Runtime can be assigned to this machine after their License is activated" to stop me from creating machine.

Actually I am using community license, I already have Automation User/Developer functions, and in Administration, I cannot edit license allocation to add number of unattended robot.

Would you please assist and provide some suggestion? Many thanks.

Maybe we would require to investigate more on the License Allocation part as it could be the source issue.

It seems that you’re automation cloud itself is not having alloted any licenses. If you were using the Community or wanted to use the Community versions/features, you could also maybe try Start Pro Trial and get the extended feature set for 60 days.

This should help in getting your licenses back.
