Is whatsapp automation using uipath is legal?

Hello All,
I have quit new to whatsapp web automation. Recently i have read whatsapp security & privacy document in this document they mention “bulk or automated messaging, both of which have always been a violation of our Terms of Service”. Whatsapp web autoamtion is safe or not?

If it is mentioned in the terms and service it is not good to proceed then.

Also if there is any captcha enabled and mentioned that robot execution is prohibited then we not supposed to do until unless we get approval from vendor or from the customer.

There is no captcha in whatsapp web service. Can we use this application to automation?

If Whatsapp’s security and privacy policies mention that automated messaging isn’t allowed, it’s best not to do so, whether there’s a Captcha or not.
