Is Uipath RPA Developer foundation diploma and Advanced diploma certificates are valid and considered for job opportunities

I want to know is below Uipath certifications valid and good for job hiring

RPA DEVELOPER FOUNDATION DIPLOMA CERTIFICATION
and
RPA DEVELOPER ADVANCED DIPLOMA CERTIFICATION

Well, getting certification is different than expertise or experience. Certification will fetch interview call (HR ppl will look for certification as a primary qualification) but technical competency only checked during the technical round of interview.

Certified person is always have an advantage than a non certified persons in the competency.

RPA Developer Foundation gives you basic overview of UiPath Activities
RPA Developer Advanced challenges you with use cases that have to be delivered, and other interesting notions

In both cases they let you have at least the ability to create a workflow. But in the second case, the person gained more experience
