Is there any possibilities to get a community edition of Communications Mining?

Hi ifrim,
Do we need to add the services?
In the admin panel >Services>Add services>than select(Ex: Data services, Doc understanding, Test manager)
What we need to do if the services of communication mining is not available, how can we add that.

Is there any possibilities to get in community edition or it should be licensed.
