There are no activities from studio to create a new queue in orchestrator

However you can add items to queue from your studio

We are having only they kind of activity o communicate with Queue in the docs

But We don’t have any any activity to create Queue.

There is no activity, but you can do it from Studio with an API call. The ‘Orchestrator HTTP Request’ can handle authentication but it only supports fairly basic API calls, I think this one should be one of the basics though.
