Is there a way to keep checking if if text exist using text exist activity?

Hi guys, so i am currently doing a task where a dialogue box would pop up with some options and after i click accept and choose an option, another dialogue box would pop up again with the same options and i would need to choose and thereafter, click accept again.

So what i was wondering was if there is a way to loop the text exist activity as i would always be choosing the same option and clicking accept thereafter. The problem is that i do not know how many times the dialogue box would appear as it seems to be random.
