Is there a way to extract a specific row of data after a specific text from the row above?

For instance, the PDF will have a row that say Partner Name: on every page. Then the row below it will say the name of the Partner followed by the address. Sometimes the Partner name can be one, two or three rows. I would like to find a way to extract this info.
