Is there a way to execute a job from orchestrator (on-premise) with a specific user rights, different from the user which is linked to unattended license?

Hi,
Is there a way to execute a job from orchestrator (on-premise) with a specific user rights, different from the user which is linked to unattended license?

Our goal is to have two users:
user_1: is allowed only to connect to the VM via RDP
user_2: is not allowed to connect to the VM via RDP, but he can access to shared folders, excel …

We found one solution is to link user_1 to unattended license and update our process to open application (IE , Excel … ) with user_2 credentials.

We can’t update user_1 rights to have the some rights as user_2

Is there another solution to achieve this requirement without updating our process ?

Thanks in advance
