Hello,
I have previously built some bots using the old classic activities. But since modern ones provide more robust features and are constantly updated, I prefer to have all my previous scripts converted to the modern layout. Is there a way to automatically convert the activites from old to new? Thank you.
I think we cannot convert the activities written in classic to modern
only way is to enable modern design and recreate the process
To get modern activities in classic design
To change the whole project into modern design

Yes that’s what I was assuming. It’s not possible to convert classic to modern. I will have to unfortunately manually recreate the activities again. i don’t see what changing the layout of the project to modern quite does. But thanks anyways for your help. Much appreciated!

There is a difference between the modern setting in Studio and using the latest packages which have the modern activities in them. The setting in Studio affects things like the data scraping wizards, etc. The modern activities are an improvement over the classic activities in that the selectors are more flexible and different options (like image click vs ui element click) are all combined into one activity. Another example is Type Into and Type Secure Text are now combined into one activity Type Into with an option of having it type secure.
