Is there a way to commit the code in the GITHub and push the same code in orchestrator for run without publishing from the studioo

I have a requirement where the studio is linked to github and every change in the code is committed to
GItHub. Is there a way whenever there is change in the code commit in github, the respective code is move to orchestrator without manually publishing the code from studio and run the process.
