Is there a possible way to attach a file in a transaction queue item?

Just wondering if this feature already exist or is not possible yet.

welcome to uipath community
i hope we wont be able to
but we can get a specific information from that file and store that in queue
or
we can save the file path in queue as a transaction item so that it can be used along the process
