Is the GitHub UiPath App compatible with GitHub EMU?

Does anyone know if the GitHub UiPath app is compatible with GitHub Enterprise Cloud using EMU (Enterprise Managed Users)? This is where user auth is through a supported OIDC platform and not through a personal account type.
