Is possible to publish a new version of a script in orchestrator while the script is being running in a job?

Hi,

I’ve Uipath Platform 2018.4.5

I’ve a job running in the orchestrator and at the same time I want to publish a new version of my script.

Can I publish and the version will be updated automatically when the job will finish? Or I must wait the job completition to publish?

Hi @nSangui,
When you are publishing the new version of packages to Orchestrator you need manually to update it’s version. This prevents from potential issue.
Imagine that by mistake you did something really bad in new version of you package. You probably won’t this package to run automatically in newer version :slight_smile:
