Is possible to automatically stop a process and start another?

Good afternoon,

I have Free Orchestrator version of UiPath, i want to know if there is a way to start a job in the orchestrator (Manually), if the job is still running, for example at 08:00 P.M, i have a second job scheduled that need to run.

Is possible to automatically Stop the first job at 08:00 P.M, run the second one and when the second job is finished start again with the first job?

This can be done like this:

  1. start manually job1 and in the trigger, set it to stop at 8pm
  2. start manually job2, and it is auto start when the robot is free (put a start job activity to start job1 in the end of job2 process)

If you started it using “Start Job”, then only manual stopping or some code inside your process to make it stop. To make it stopped using orchestrator, you would need to create a trigger (even if you are using it only once) and set it to stop when you need.
