Is it possible to numerate the title of Automation Ideas automatically?

When i publish the customized platform, customers can publish their ideas to automate something. They type into a title.
My question is: Is it possible that Automation Hub numerates the titles automatically.
E.g. User types in “Human Resources solution” and Automation hub sets it to “01_Human Resources Idea”.
The next time it adds “02_”.
Like this:
“01_Ideaone”
“02_Ideatwo”
“03_Ideathree”
“04_Ideafour”
I hope someone can help me with my issue.
