Is it possible to enable MFA in on-premise SAP?

Hai Guys!!

For security reasons, I must use MFA in SAP on-premises. I also searched on Google but was unable to find the setting to enable MFA in SAP on-premise. Kindly let me know if it is possible to use MFA in SAP on-premise.
