Is it a better solution to transfer data from CRM tool to google form than excel to google form using Uipath?

I am trying to automate the data transfer process from the CRM tool to Google Forms. Is it better to transfer the data from the CRM tool using selectors and Click activity (Copy and paste) or an Excel file?

It is better to do through excel…also depending on the crm tool …there might be better ways as well…like microsoft dynamics has an integration and no ui interaction is needed to get the data instead you can get and directly write to google forms
