Is Insight Dashboard schedule can view and edit by other user?

There is a requirement, we need to add additional recipients to the schedule Insight report.

1. Can other user edit the Insight scheduler?
2. The admin user or the user who created the Insight schedule only can edit/view schedule?

those are user specific your schedules are viewed by you or admins..

but you can send to any email

Per my understanding,

1. Dashboard must be shared with them if its private.
2. Once shared (with appropriate permissions), they can edit or schedule it.

Also, they need to have right role based access provided to them to be able to edit dashboards and manage schedules in general.
