Hi
Any workaround? Letter “l” is simply missing SOMETIMES:
Thanks!
Gabi
Try to use different input methods to get the better accuracy for your case, if it didn’t help, go with different ocr engine.
Are you using the default UiPath Screen OCR engine? It still might have small detection hiccups such as this one, but it’s still best in class. You can try a different engine, though - and see if maybe this issue will be resolved.
Do you need 100% text extraction accuracy with your use-case? It looks like you’re trying to extract some data from a table and that text label is a column name - the automation should still work fine in this case, with fuzzy text matching.
Hi Bogdan
Yes, I use UiPath Screen OCR but I managed to easily solve the problem in a totally different way: I no longer use headers for the data table. That’s why column names are always fixed like Column1, Column2 and so on.
Glad to hear your issue is solved!
If you do get a chance to compare UiPath Screen OCR with other engines, we’re also very keen to get some feedback on this as well.
Tesseract-OCR already tried. In my opinion it is almost useless, it shows a lot of “garbage”
