is AI Center not available for Community Cloud User? I am not able to see in the Service section even tried to add service option also, but it is not showing.
or it is available for enterprise users only?

Correct. The AI Center is not available on community. You would need an enterprize license.

I was doing a training but now not able to proceed, no point to do the training if we have no access of the AI Center.

Absolutely Yes, Community users cannot access the AI Center as it come under the enterprise license.
But there is a way to use AI Center by Community users by enabling the Pro Trail license for 60 days. Use the Pro Trail license which will give you 60 days enterprise license to explore the enterprise products. Then you can access AI Center.
Note: After the 60 days expiry of Pro Trail license your license will be downgraded to Express user license.

Log out of all the UiPath Orchestrator instances, clear all cache & cookies from the browser and try to access the below URL. This website will take you to the Trial Registration page.
Try to get the trial license from here - https://cloud.uipath.com/portal\_/register?subscriptionPlan=trial.
