Invoke windows *.bat file from UI Path Start process - *.bat is invoked but doesnt give expected result

Dear Forum members,
I have 2 Questions. Could you please help me in this ?

Created a rename.bat file to rename a abc.txt file to def.txt
Used start process to invoke the rename.bat script.
FileName : Input complete path of the bat file including the rename.bat.

I can see bat file invoked by UI Path but renaming file didnt happen. Is I am missing something ?

  1. Can I create a *.bat file to invoke *.xaml file ?
