Invoke VBA Special Characters Bug

Hello and thanks for reading!

I’ve got a simple Invoke VBA activity:

Looks fine in the txt file:

However when I run the process it inserts special characters (perhaps BOM or Byte Order Marks) into the VBA:

And then I get this error message:

And yes I do have my Trust Center Settings updated:

I’m using Excel 2016.

This is so strange and any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
