Invoke Method: Cannot start process because a file name has not been provided

I am using Invoke method to open power term and do certain operations but when I am trying to open through InvokeMethod I am getting this error
Invoke Method: Cannot start the process because a file name has not been provided.
All the inputs to the Invoke method are passed.
Please help me with this.
