Invoke Code: Exception "Target of Invocation"

I have received this issue before but have always been able to resolve it. This time I am not sure what the case is. I am reading an excel sheet and then invoking a script. All the arguments going into it are correct as I am writing them out before I invoke. This was working perfectly fine yesterday. Any idea what it could be?
