How to resolve the error "Invalid license format, could not interpret the information from server." thrown when activating the license in Orchestrator?
Root Cause:
This error is seen when the license being activated is incompatible with the Orchestrator version.
Resolution:
- Navigate to "https://activate.uipath.com/" for activation/deactivation of your Orchestrator licenses.
- If the issue persists, have the machine ID deactivated by contacting UiPath Sales team and re-activate license using Online or Offline methods.
