Hi there,
This course, Introduction to the UiPath Business Automation Platform, was truly an eye-opener in my automation journey. I especially appreciated the supply chain–based scenario, as it allowed for the practical use of multiple UiPath Business Automation (BA) products within a realistic, complex environment.
My suggestion is to encourage learners to create and complete an actual hands-on project, as this would further strengthen practical understanding and real-world application.

This course helped me understand how the UiPath platform works through the Discover, Automate, and Operate approach. I also found it useful to learn about the different tools used by Business Analysts. It was a clear and practical introduction to automation.
The course has been useful for me to clearly understand the main pillars of the UiPath Business Automation Platform: discovering automation opportunities, automating processes, and operating/overseeing initiatives.
I find the focus on business analyst profiles particularly interesting, as it allows for understanding how to identify repetitive processes, assess their automation potential, and connect business needs with the tools of the UiPath platform, such as Automation Hub, Task Mining, Orchestrator, and Insights.
In my case, it helps reinforce my orientation towards process management, functional analysis, AS-IS/TO-BE documentation, and evaluating the value of automation initiatives.
