Introducing UiPath Conversational Agents – Bringing Natural Dialogue to Automation

UiPath Conversational Agents are redefining how we interact with enterprise systems by enabling real-time, natural dialogue. Instead of searching through PDFs or navigating portals, users can simply ask questions like upcoming holidays, PTO balance, travel guidelines, or IT policies—and get instant, accurate responses.

In a short demo I created, the agent responds to queries about Holiday Schedules, PTO rules, Travel Policy, and IT guidelines. It even goes a step further by executing automations when requested, making enterprise interactions smoother and more intuitive.

Conversational Agents blend AI, context understanding, and automation to deliver faster access to information and support task execution effortlessly. This marks the next phase of user-driven, conversational automation.
