"InternalServerError" at UiPath.Core.Activities.TaskExtensions

I am trying to figure out a problem we recently started having. There is a shared writer process that creates final reports for different solutions. Those performer solutions create a queue item in the writer queue. Any subsequent performers will look to see if a queue item is already there and not add another. Once all performers are done the writer will run and send out a report.

This is not had any issues for a while and recently I started seeing failed queue items (with 3 retries). All I have to do it mark them as retry and run the writer process again and they complete just fine.

Here is the error I see:

I have tried some web searches, but I am not seeing this particular error.

Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas?
