Intermittent issues getting outlook unread emails/mail trough orchestrator

Hi community,

I’m getting an intermittent issue running a bot, main function of this bot is to read unread emails / mail from specific inbox folders in Outlook.
Sometimes it looks like does not recognize that there are unread emails and it process 0 unread emails even if there are unread emails in these specific inbox folders. The bot runs over orchestrator automatically and unattended. When this issue happens, I must execute manually the bot and manually works (it recognizes the unread emails). The curious here is that I’m running the same bot, same parameters, same orchestrator, same unattended mode etc. the only difference is the source, automatically vs. manually in orchestrator and it happens sometimes not all time.

Any idea will be much appreciated.
