I have tried to interact with PTC CAO Creo (3D design software), but UiPath is not able to locate the elements despite the activated extensions.
Has anyone been able to interact with this software? (Not talking about CV but classic activities)

What is the backend tech for it?
Looks like a 3d modeling tech so may be on the designn window you might not indicate you might need to work with options that are available only
Generally such software will have option to uplod the design related details via files and we can try using that
