Guess what I did, multiple times? 
- I tried every available package version.
- I deleted all NuGet caches on my machine.
- I tried several .NET runtime versions (core, desktop).
- I explicitly installed CefSharpBundle.
- I uninstalled and reinstalled Studio.
Nothing helps.
