Intelligent Keyword Classifier Training issue

HI All,

When I m trying to train a document in IKC, I am getting below issue. Anyone has seen this scenario?

  1. Are you teaining already trained docs?
  2. Alao does training data contain only one type of docs?

Ideally if similar docs are teained then you should see edit icons but not start training..did you happen to delete them?

I didn’t delete the older ones. However when I click in “pencil” icon, the training wizard is opening.

Are you selecting the same docs again?..if possible and if you have full data you can try deleting and retraining full list of pos

How do I delete a specific PO from IKC training?

you can either delete full or delete none there is no single file deletions for trained sets
