Integrations in Communications Mining

Hi @john.dudek

it might be the ‘Allowed folders’ path to your mailbox in the integration settings. You need to define it, even if it’s just ‘Inbox’ and make sure that it follows the suggested pattern of: root/Top of Information Store/Inbox (last bit, after ‘…Store/’ is where you start the actual folder path as seen in Outlook).

Make sure to have no typos.

You mentioned that already, but make sure the bucket specified in the integration matches the one in the source. Check for any exclusion filters you might have on that integration, e.g. denied folders. Lastly, check if the integration and mailbox toggles are enabled.

I think I also had a situation once when “root/Top of Information Store/” was translated to my local language, so if all above fails you might try checking how it’s called in your language, but that’s a long shot, I didn’t make a screenshot, so not sure if that actually happened.

I was also afraid that my EWS folder structure is different then suggested and there seems to be a way via API to find that out: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/client-developer/exchange-web-services/folders-and-items-in-ews-in-exchange
but I honestly keep my fingers crossed that it’s just the suggested “root/Top of Information Store/” in your case as well.

Good luck!
Cheers
Tom
