Integration with ticketing system like SNOW

Can we have a direct integration with some ticketing platforms which enterprises uses mostly. This can be very helpful while catching exceptions as we can directly log tickets with the exception and the ticketing tool will take care of sending emails and stuff as most of the times the details are already set up in the ticketing tool for the enterprise.
We can always do by creating a reusable workflow but may be it can help if we have something similar like outlook activities.

I guess SNOW do have an API.
This can be a good project for our free Community Activities.
