Integration service trigger for Microsoft onedrive and sharepoint is not working

The Integration Service trigger for Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint is not functioning after the event of file creation in the bot location. Job is not getting triggered after the event. It was working fine until yesterday but has stopped working from today.

Do Integration Service triggers expire after a certain period?

@krishnaa1,

Triggers don’t expires until the connection gets some issue or we manually disable the trigger.

Try recreating the trigger if the issue resolves. If persists, try recreating the connection as well to validate the issue with which component here.

This was previously addressed when the same issue occurred on November 24. After creating a new connection and trigger, it started working fine. However, the issue has resurfaced, which made me wonder whether the Integration Service trigger expires over time.

I appreciate your clarification.

@krishnaa1,

As it’s reproduce, I would suggest to raise this with the support team with all the details. Also share whatever is root cause analysis for our understanding as well :smiley:

This has worked, but even after creating a new trigger with the newly added Sharepoint connection, the bot was still unable to trigger the job at some instance when the “File Created” event occurred.

Is there a permanent solution to resolve this issue?
